April...more Star Wars, Easter, etc.

Well, I need to learn to stay more on top of things so that I can remember the events! I do recall that this first pic was of Myles watching the youtube video of the twin babies speaking to each other. It's pretty funny and he seemed to enjoy it. Here it is: http://youtu.be/_JmA2ClUvUY
Myles has had a couple back to back ear infections and is possibly teething. I think this was after a nap when he wasn't feeling so well. It was too cute not to capture.
There's this tobacco shop or something that we pass on our way to church. One day I noticed they had this mural of Star Wars characters painted on a fence behind the building. So of course we had to stop and take some pics one day.

They also have on the side of their building, Jimi Hendrix (seen below), Bob Marley, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin. Cam has recently discovered he likes Jimi Hendrix's music.
Myles loves fruit! One morning he discovered, on his own, how to put a raspberry on the end of his finger. He was so proud!
Cam's Spring soccer season is full of a team of about 12 boys. I originally signed up to coach, as did about 5 other parents, which was good b/c I've only been able to make about half the games. That's b/c of working a couple weekends and Tom and I were taking a class called Financial Peace University. Luckily there were plenty of coaches and they've been great! Cam does well during the drills and practice, but then tends to space out during the actual games. He always has a great attitude though and says, "I tried my best!"

Here's Myles being quite the character again! In a previous post, I mentioned how he like to put his feet on the table near the end of the meal. Well, this time he experimented with how bananas stick to his leg. At one point he even had one stuck to his forehead but it fell of before I could snap a pic and I didn't want to encourage the behavior by putting it back on!
Myles au natural! Perhaps a little naked yoga...anyone?
My Jedi's! Myles frequently enjoys sitting on steps--various steps--and this day he wanted Cam to come sit by him--lightsabers and all.
Look out...double lightsabers!
This is a breakfast that Tom made for Cam one AM. Pretty impressive!
Easter 2011! It was a cold Easter morning, so eggs were only hidden inside. Cam and I colored eggs the day before but completely forgot to take any pics.

Myles found one!
His basket looks empty, but it wasn't!

New train book in Easter basket....it makes sound!

Handsome little man!

Searching for eggs. Cam was so good at helping Myles.

After several attempts, these were the best we got!

Love this shot and love even more that my boy like books so much!
Easter afternoon, we went to my parent's home for another egg hunt and yummy dinner. Myles loves giving Sadie treats and she received many on Easter! When I look at this photo now, Sadie looks like Georgia with her grey snout!

Cam is shaving already!
Again taken after a recent nap and he was feeling cuddly which he usually doesn't have time for!
I have 4 videos that I've tried posting several times. I will keep trying but for another post.

Playing in March

Oh boy...I posted these pictures quite a while ago and am just now getting back to them. I'm having a hard time keeping up with life these days. As Tom has reminded me, I need to learn to say "no" more often and not have so much on my plate (that probably goes for food too!).

Speaking of eating, who taught Myles these table manners?! I have a feeling this is something he's picked up at daycare. He tends to do it toward the end of dinner and thinks it's rather funny. Probably doesn't help that we giggle a bit about it too!

We had some nice warm days in March so we wanted to get Cam out on his new bike. Myles doesn't look very happy here but he was and certainly enjoyed his ride, although was a bit sleepy.
New wheels!

Seems like a scene right out of Star Wars! Cam is always up for a light saber battle and this was a great day for one outside!

Here's Myles showing us his climbing abilities.
And soccer skills. He just loves balls and I hope he continues to love soccer.
He's very proud of himself!
Myles received this dump truck at Christmas but only recently started playing with it. It's so cute when he fills it up and pushes it around the house.
